In addition to Smartsheet, Zanola Company also uses Evernote, an online note taking software that allows us to remember and share our ideas and research findings. Here's how it works for us.
Evernote notebooks allow users to capture and store notes. Notes can be recorded by entering text directly, but the ultimate convenience of using Evernote for the Zanola research team is its ability to save notes by dragging in PDF files, documents, and images and "clipping" websites.
Notes can be created and maintained from the Evernote website, via a mobile app, or in the Evernote desktop program. After syncing notebooks, the notes are available across all these devices.
Sharing notebooks allows Zanola researchers to easily see each other's research findings and ideas. What a great way to collaborate!
