Attend a Student Housing Webinar

Recently, our research has taken us to Tuscaloosa, Alabama where we have been working on a series of housing needs analyses for the city, identifying demographics-based needs for new housing for the next five to 10 years.

The most important focuses for these studies have been student housing, low-income housing, and the rebuilding of homes destroyed in the 2011 storms. Our student housing research has unveiled interesting enrollment trends of several universities in the SEC and Big 12.

On Thursday, January 30 at 10 a.m. CST/11 a.m. EST, Zanola Company is hosting a webinar about student housing trends and planning. We have invited city and county planners and officials in the SEC and Big 12 and are excited to extend the invitation to you as well. To register for this webinar, click here.

University enrollment and student housing can make a huge impact on a city or county. We encourage you to attend, even if you live outside of cities and counties in the SEC and Big 12, to find out how planning and strategic housing development can be impacted by forecast university enrollment trends.
