Final Stages of Approval for Ballpark Village
Wednesday, March 25th, 2009Getting state approval is the final step for Ballpark Village’s developers to secure public subsidies for the $600 million project, which will be built in phases on vacant ground north of Busch Stadium.
The first $300 million phase of the project will have a minimum of 325,000 square feet of office space, 250,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space and 1,200 parking spots.
