Rachel Ballard is Zanola Company’s research manager.

For the entirety of her career, Rachel has worked within the home building/construction industries, spanning the diverse fields of home remodeling, road construction, and cement manufacturing/ supplying. She has been with Zanola Company since 2007. Rachel is trained in Nielsen Claritas Census data and MarketGraphics®, a combination of skills essential to Zanola Company’s leadership in market intelligence, housing, economic development, and demographics.

Angelo has worked with Zanola Company in many essential capacities since 2004.

In addition to extensive research for Zanola Company's custom studies and the markets Zanola covers, Angelo collects data in over 2,300 subdivisions three times a year in three of Zanola Company's markets. He conducts field and courthouse research in 22 counties that cover 13,321 square miles. He counts home sales, starts, and the other data which forms the basis for the MarketGraphics system and Zanola's unique perspective on the housing market.
                                                                            
In order to provide Zanola Company with new analytical tools and custom mapping to expand Zanola’s future capacity, Angelo is currently working towards his Geographical Information Systems certification at Washington University in St. Louis.
